Friday Night Lights

One of the main reasons I went back to the States was so I could see my littlest (only not so little) brother play in his senior year of football. He'd previously attended the same private high school I graduated from, but decided to transfer to the local public school where both his athletic and academic talents would flourish. The coaches at SHS were so excited to have him transfer and I think they'd agree he's fit in perfectly on defense. 

I should also add that there were two stars that friday night. Obviously #88 was on the field. 

And the other... a cute little boy in the stands attending his first football game. 

How handsome are these two? I love being a big sister and an aunt. :)

What I'm Loving Wednesday

1. One of my classes was cancelled. This leaves me with work and only ONE class. 
2. Courtney and I are treating ourselves to Clemson's famous icecream at 55 Exchange. I have literally been craving this delicious stuff since we made plans to go. Now my only dilemma is what flavor to get!
3. Tomorrow I'm going home. I'm so excited to see my family. :) I've missed them.
4. I'm going home because Friday I have my first dressing fitting! I am beyond excited- like giddy, butterflies in the stomach excited. :) PLUS this will be the first time I get to try on my fabulous shoes. Eeeekkk!
5. Our family favorite Steelers will be bruising bodies this Sunday in the Super Bowl baby. :) You better believe everyone in my family will be decked out in their jerseys with their terrible towels waving.
6. That prophetic rodent has declared Spring is coming early. 
7. Though I doubt this is true I welcome any news of warm weather with open arms! 
8. Here's to sunshine and flipflops!
